Infuriated Nokia plans to do something out of the lot
Sunday, April 26th, 2009

Apparently, with the smart phone war continuing in the market, with Blackberry, HTC, Palm and Samsung planning to launch an endless series of smart phones this year, Nokia was termed to be the biggest loser!
With the launch of Blackberry App World, and the latest OS for iPhone, both Blackberry and Apple, have been the centre of limelight, while Palm is ready with the release of the all new Palm-Pre, which is supposed to come out in another couple of months or so.
Samsung also has two smart phones in its line-up, which will be coming out around the month of June. With all these smart phones creating a buzz, the infuriated Nokia has been simply sitting and watching the show. Though, they were the first to come out with a brilliant smart phone Nokia 5800 this year, but it got almost swept off the market pretty soon, as these days gadgets and cell phones become obsolete within just couple of months.
Consequently, Nokia has apparently dished out something out of the lot, which seems to be a kind of swiveling phone. Though it looks nothing less than a keychain, and not a smart phone at the first sight, when you try to figure out what really the design really unveils, you’ll find it similar to E-51 and other E-series phones.
Currently termed as the Nokia swivel phone, the latest release still remains a mystery. As per the recent updates, Verizon will be a part of the deal, and the Swivel phone will operate on the Symbian Series 40 operating system.
If this thing is for real, then Nokia might after all manage to pull off a magical come back in a market full of high end smart phones this year.
