Twitter
Google has been acquiring the “best in the business”, as they started with Orkut, Feedburner, and now they’re planning to grab the most popular micro-blogging and photograph-sharing platform Twitter.

There have been several rumours about Twitter about to sign a quarter-billion dollar deal with Google, but no authentic news is available on the matter yet. One thing is for sure, if Google acquires Twitter, it will be only for better, if not the best, as they’ve never wasted their investments even in the smallest things in the market. However, with a platform like Twitter who needs to run online marketing and SEO campaigns? Once you already have millions of users and visitors on a daily basis, it really doesn’t take too much to monetize on such a platform and make handsome revenues right from the very first day.

When asked about any such possibilities Twitter has clearly refused to comment anything about such possibility and just accepted that they after all look for a partnership with a giant like Google in the market.

After acquiring Feedburner, the profits of Google have increased by almost 20% in recent times, and something similar may be easily expected out of the Twitter deal, provided it really gets through.

So, as of now you can share your photos under the Twitter logo happily for few more weeks, after all who knows you might again see the legendary Google logo beneath the Twitter mark in near future!
