Several weeks ago, I wrote a post on five places to meet women at besides a bar. Coming from a woman, a bar has to be one of the worst places to meet a woman at, unless you are looking for the one night stand or the flousy type. But, if you are looking to meet a nice woman to have an actual relationship with you are going to want to stay away from the bar. If you have not read the before mentioned article, do so and then read below to find five more places to meet woman at besides a bar.

1. Library
If you have ever set foot in a library, which many men may not have, you may have noticed that women far out number men in a library. It can be assumed that most women in a library are intelligent and willing to learn. A good way to strike up a conversation with a women in a library is to ask for her help finding something in the library. Another little trick that will work on women is to browse the same books she is and when she goes to reach for a book, you reach at the same time. It can be a great way to strike up a conversation, but just make sure that the books she is browsing are on a subject that you know a little about.
2. Gym
If a woman goes to the gym, it most likely means that she cares about her body and her health. Most guys would love a girl who is not afraid to break a sweat and workout. One thing to remember when approaching any woman at the gym is to not disturb her workout. If she is running on the treadmill with her headphones on, don’t flag her down or yell at her to get her attention. Instead find a time that before or after her workout to talk to her. You can make a funny comment or ask her something about fitness or the gym.

3. Amusement Park
An amusement park can be a great opportunity for meeting women. Do you know how long lines can be in an amusement park for rides and even food? Why not strike up a conversation with a beautiful woman next to you. Just make sure that it’s not her husband or boyfriend standing next to her in line. Try to convince her to spend the rest of her day at the park with you without being too forward.
4. Sporting Event
What better way to find a woman who likes the same sports as you than at a sporting event? Yes, it is true that some woman actually like sporting events. There are also other women who strictly go to football or baseball games just to find a guy as well. Instead of putting all your attention on the game, scope out any potential single females to talk to.
5. Online
Don’t rule out Online dating for meeting women. Over the past couple of years, Online dating has reached new heights and there are millions of people registered on Online dating websites. Just be sure to be picky about who you date and try to really get to know the women before committing to anything.

Great article. I’ve met a few women at bookstores and coffee shops (not on the list, but similar to library), overall I would suggest meeting women in places where a similar value is shared. IE, if you take care of your body, gym is perfect. If you love books, library or bookstore is perfect.
