Reasons Why Women Want a Man With a Sense of Humor

You may always hear that women want a man that has a sense of humor. Some men think that this is untrue that women just say that to not sound shallow, but this could not be more true. Almost all women want a man that has a sense of humor. We want someone that will make us laugh.
If you don’t believe me, look at some of the famous celebrity comedians. If you take for example funny men Jack Black, Adam Sandler, Jerry Seinfeld, and Jeff Foxworthy, none of these guy are what you would call hot by looks alone, but yet all of them are married to beautiful women. You think that this is just a coincidence? No, it is a man’s personalty that makes him “hot.” It’s the way that he can make fun of himself and have a sense of humor about it that attracts women.
Here are just a few reasons why women are going to look for a man with a sense of humor for a long term relationship rather than just looks alone.
1.The number one reason why a woman wants a man with a sense of humor is that looks fade. If a guy is attractive but has a horrible personality and can’t laugh at himself, no one woman is going to want to be with him for the long term when he is no longer so attractive. Even though looks may be what attracts a woman to a guy first, you need more than just good looks to keep the girl’s attention and interest.
2.Men with a sense of humor can make you smile when you are having a bad day. A guy that can make us laugh or smile when we are having an extra bad day or week, is definitely a plus.
3.Men that have a sense of humor makes relationship fun and exciting. Who wants to be with a boring, stuffy old man for the rest of their life? Instead women want fun and laughter in their relationship. A man with a sense of humor and intelligence who knows when to be funny and when to be serious is the ultimate attraction.
Having a great sense of humor can really attract women to you. On the other hand some men think that they have a great sense of humor and it falls a little flat. If you are one of those guys that notices that women don’t laugh at your jokes or that no one else seems to get what is so funny about what you are saying, look at what you are saying. If you have crude humor, women are not crazy about this and this is a definite turn-off. If you are just on the geeky side, then you just need to find a geeky girl that loves your sense of humor.
You don’t have to be funny at all times. You should know the appropriate times when it is okay to let your sense of humor show and when you need to be serious. Take it from me, is that if you have a sense of humor, the older you get, the more attractive you are going to start looking to women!
