Aki is famous for her disproportionately large breasts, in contrast to her skinny body structure. Many speculated she had a breast implant but she step up courageously in November 2005 and appeared for “TV Champion” and underwent MRI scan on her upper body to show every part of her is 100% genuine.

This is all bull.
Hoshino injects herself with fat cells in her breast on a monthly basis to obtain those as you put “disproportionately large breasts” hence the disproportion.
If you actually have been following Hoshino’s career, shes came up in Gravure flat chested for ages and then disappeared and came back as a 30 year old Large Breasted women.
Not going to hate on the fact that she got implants, just get your facts straight
Have to agree with the previous poster. She was quite flat chested when she started out and then overnight went from a (Japanese) C/D Cup to an F Cup.
The stuff about fat injections is a common theme in most Aki based web conversations.
You two are only CONCERN about her breasts why don’t you show some little respect for this woman instead spewing your hate.
I know one thing for sure… she is definitely hot!
