Testosterone. What makes men grow beards and women horny. Testosterone is the driving force of every man, making us want to win, make money and have sex with many girls. A high level of testosterone will keep you looking young longer, give you more energy and a healthy body.
Studies have shown that successful men often have high amounts of testosterone and that in turn makes them more attractive to women and more likely to take the risks necessary to get what they want. The term alpha male is by many believed to be related to men with high levels of testosterone.
Low testosterone on the other hand is many times the reason for impotence and low sex drive. It can also make you feel tired and unmotivated, and make you more susceptible to disease.
Low testosterone is often an issue for older men, but it can be a problem for younger men as well, especially if you have an unhealthy lifestyle.
So there is very good reasons for trying to increase your testosterone. Using synthetic and illegal stimulants may seem like a good idea, but in reality it will decrease your own testosterone production in the long run and you risk serious health issues, such as hearth disease.
Still there are many ways to increase your testosterone naturally. Below are 5 easy things you can do to increase your body’s testosterone production.

1)Lose the beer gut
It’s a very good idea to start excersising to lose that fat on your belly. Fat is a storage medium for the female hormone Estrogen, which is why severely overweight men often develop breasts to go with their bulging waist. Usually this only happens when you are 40-50% overweight, but then again, that is sadly not to uncommon anymore. When working on losing that fat, don’t try to lose to much weight to fast, as your body will otherwise think it is in a state of famine, and slow down all bodily functions to wait it out. This includes testosterone, after all, sex comes second to surviving.
2)Exercise with heavy weights
Studies have shown that weight lifting exercises that include many muscle groups produce more testosterone than those that are focused on single muscle groups. This means that it is more productive to work on exercises such as Squat, Deadlift and Benchpress, and is also why your biceps can grow while you are training your back.
3)Eat garlic
Although no conclusive evidence has been shown, garlic is believed to boost testosterone. Try eating 4 odorless garlic containers before you go to sleep. Chances are you will wake up with some serious morning 뱒tiffness?
4)Watch porn but do not masturbate
This one is a bit controversial. Masturbation is a natural thing, but it is also deceiving. When you masturbate you tell your brain that you are having sex, which your brain then rewards you for. This will lower your testosterone level because less is needed, as the brain thinks you already are having sex. Abstaining from frequent masturbation will give you a strong sexual energy. Pro athletes often don’t have sex for days up to an important event for the same reasons!
5)Win at something
Medical studies have shown in simple experiments that men who win at something, even simple contest enjoy an increase in testosterone, while men who lose suffer a decrease. This could be the cause of men who always seem to want to in everything they do, even in leisure activities! Simply put winning is good for you and losing is not!
