Blood : The Last Vampire

The story is about a 16yrs old (in actual fact has lived for 400 odd years) half human half vampire girl known as Saya (played by Korean sassy babe, Jun Ji-hyun), who is part of a covert government agency that hunts and destroys vampires in a post-WWII Japan. She is sent to an American military base in Tokyo, there she immediately senses that this may be her opportunity to finally destroy Onigen, the highest ranking of all vampires. Using her superhuman strength and her sword, she begins to rid the base of its evil infestation in a series of spectacular and elaborate showdowns.
The movie is scheduled to premiere in Japan on 29th May 2009 where it will be titled “Last Blood”. Releases will follow in the United Kingdom and France in June while there is no confirmed release date for the rest of the world.
