Advice on When To Call a Woman For a Date

One of the most common things that men get the most confused about when it comes to dating is when they should call a woman. You always hear other men saying to never call a woman right away, but to wait a couple days, but is that really the best approach? What do women think when a man doesn’t call until 5 days later? Has the woman already moved on to bigger and better things? Let me give you men some real advice on calling a woman.
If you meet a woman and you really connect with her, then by all means call her the next day or within the next 2 days. If you and her have an engaging conversation and she is putting out signs that she is interested in you, there is absolutely no harm in calling her that soon. If you are truly interested in a woman and you want to get to know her better, why play games? Let’s say you don’t take my advice and you wait a week to call her back. In a week’s time it is possible that she met another guy she is interested in, or maybe she has already given up on you and doesn’t want to bother with a date with you anymore. Why risk the chance of missing an opportunity with a great girl but playing the “guy game” and waiting too long to call a woman.
So, you called the woman, and you ended having to leave her message, now what? Well, it all depends on the message. If you left her a message on her answering machine or voicemail, allow her to call you back. If after a week, you have not heard back from her, give her one last call but be sure to make it a friendly call and don’t sound desperate or angry that she did not call you back yet. If you leave a message for her with an actual person, you can wait 3-4 days and then call her back. It’s more common for a message that is left with a person to get lost or misinterpreted quite easily. Lastly, never call a woman more than twice if she does not call you back. This is most likely a sign that she is not interested and does not want to call you back.
When you do go to call a woman to ask her on a first or second date, be sure that you have a specific date set up. This means a specific day, time and place. But, make sure that you are flexible with it also. Ask her if she is free on Friday night and if she already has plans, be sure to have a backup plan for another night. Don’t call a woman and then get on the phone and have no plan set up for the date, as this looks like you are really not that into her.
Lastly, here are some quick tips when it comes to calling a woman that you should remember:
* Always be courteous and polite on the phone. No woman is going to want to talk to you if you are disrespectful or rude to her.
*The best time to reach a woman is usually after 7 p.m. but don’t call her after 10 p.m. Unless she told you that she works an odd shift at work, this is the best time to catch her after work and after she has had dinner and settled in for a bit.
*Be confident. I’m sorry to say that a stuttering man or awkwardly shy man is not that attractive. But, don’t be too overly confident. You don’t want to seem like you are vain.
